The most recent update addressed the following:

Codify the term of the Board appointed Chief as a three (3) year term.

Preserve the annual performance review of the Chief.

Place matters dealing with election and tenure of the Chief under the area in the By-Laws dealing with tenure and clarify duties under the area that deals with duties.
