Voting in person on Nov 10th is best. However, if you can't vote in person on November 10th - No problem. Absentee ballots may be obtained by e-mailing Cindy Willard at hwillard@msn.com. All absentee ballots must be received no later than 5:00 PM on November 10th.
Ballots may be returned:
(1) Via email directly to Cindy Willard,
(2) Dropped off and placed into the locked ballot box in the front office at Fire Station #1, or
(3) Mailed to the St. James Fire Department Station 1, 3628 St. James Drive, Southport, NC 28461.
