SANTA IS COMING!
The St. James Fire Department holiday celebration will once again bring Santa Claus on the Big Red Fire truck around the neighborhoods to see all the good little boys and girls in time for Christmas. This year, be on the lookout for him on Friday, December 23. See event details for Santa's route.

About the event
St. Nick is asking for a little help this year from the folks who will be getting the gifts to him for the kids that day. Most importantly, all of the gifts need be individually wrapped and have the following information written on the paper: the child's name and the local point of contact's name, address, and phone number. Second, indicate the childs pick up location on the gift wrapping (choose from one of the following): SJFD Station No. 1 (Founder Club residents north of Polly Gully Bridge and Players Club); SJFD Station No. 2 (residents in the Reserve); Woodlands Amphitheater parking lot (Woodlands residents); Members Club (Members Club residents); and the Marina (Marina area residents and Founders Club residents south of Polly Gully Bridge). Wrapped and completely labeled gifts may be dropped off between Dec. 15-21 at Fire Station No. 1 on St. James Drive.
Come out a wave to Santa as he drives by. Santa's route on Dec. 23 will be:
■ 11:15 Pick Santa up at domicile.
■ 12:00 Stop #1: STJFD Station 1 on St. James Dr. Gifts from homes in Founders north of Polly Gully Bridge and Players Club.
Follow route through Legacy Gate to Legacy Dr. to Wyndmere pass Reserve Club en route to Station 2.
■ 12:15 Stop #2: STJFD Station 2 Reserve gifts distribution.
Follow route Oceanic left on Moss Hammock to end of Moss Hammock, left on Pine Forest to Park Ridge to Amphitheater.
■ 12:45 Stop #3: Amphitheater parking lot for Woodlands and Grove area gift distribution.
Right on Park Ridge, left on Hemlock Ridge, right on Park Ridge, right on Morningdale, right on West Medinah, right on Scarborough, Legends Dr. to Mashie Way left on West Medinah, right to Members Club lower parking lot.
■ 1:15 Stop #4: Members Club lower parking lot. Members Club gift distribution.
Continue on Members Club loop, right on St. James Dr. to Marina parking lot.
■ 1:45 Stop #5: Marina parking lot. Distribution of gifts from Marina area and Founders Club south of Polly Gully Bridge.
Left on St. James Dr. to Grove, right on Big Magnolia, left on St. James Dr., right on Harbormaster, right on St. James Drive.
■ 2:15 Pass Firehouse 1, left on Ridgecrest, right on Wyndemere, right on Marshfield, left on St.
James Drive, right to Arbor Creek
■ 2:45 Stop #6: Arbor Creek Clubhouse. Distribution of gifts from Arbor Creek.
Arbor Creek Dr., right Cinnamon Fern, left Pond Pine, left Arbor Creek Dr., right 211 to Regency Crossing.
■ 3:00 Drive By: Players Club Drive, right Skeffington, right Players Club Dr., right St. James Dr.
■ 3:15 Return to STJFD Station 1.
